Integrative Psychotherapy
What is Integrative Psychotherapy?
Integrative Psychotherapy is for those looking for deeper self-discovery and awareness. By carefully exploring and processing what has been carried internally, deeper self-discovery can unfold.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe and gently reconnect with your more vulnerable self. From here, we explore what has been held within as it surfaces, while supporting greater self-awareness, understanding, and self-compassion as patterns begin to release and shift.
How Does Psychotherapy Work?
An integrative approach
I believe that in therapy, you should be met exactly as you are, with no need to adapt or present yourself in a certain way. I draw on a range of approaches depending on your needs and where you are in your process. These include:
CBT
Humanistic
Psychodynamic
Mindfulness-based methods
Additionally, my training in the mind-body connection has led me to specialise in trauma-focused work. By supporting the integration and release of experiences held in both mind and body, this can help the system become fully regulated.
How we work together
Together, we create a space that holds both emotional depth and clarity. From here, meaningful and lasting change can emerge — grounded not only in insight, but in a lived sense of safety, acceptance, and wholeness, as old patterns soften and shift.
