Reiki activates the natural healing process of the body, restoring physical and emotional well-being.
Blockages on our energy can manifest as physical pain or tension, emotional imbalances, illness, as well as hindering energy circulation within the body. Reiki treatment can loosen and dissolve these blockages held in the body and the mind. This can help you to break free from negative patterns and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
Reiki aligns our energy body bringing a profound sense of peace, balance, and lightness. It takes us into a deep meditative state where we can awaken and connect with our higher self. It is here that we can gain clarity on life issues and a wonderful sense of peace and love.
When crystals are combined with Reiki it speeds up the healing process. Indeed, every crystal has its own characteristics and when placed on its corresponding chakra it can help to dissolve the blockage and reinforce the energetic field.
In sessions, I combine Reiki & Crystal Healing with Sound Healing. Indeed, the vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments- like crystal bowls- can move through skin, fluid, and bones creating full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure. The experience creates an environment of “resonance” within the body, where deep relaxation is met.
The resonant frequencies of singing crystal bowls will assist in aligning the body which amplifies the intensity of the Reiki Healing.
