Plant Your Seed is a minimum two-month programme designed to support trauma healing, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Through a powerful combination of psychotherapy and trauma-focused bodywork, sessions are offered each week alternately to support deep emotional integration and lasting transformation.
Trauma-Focused Bodywork
Fortnightly Emotional Release Therapy sessions focus on helping the body release stored traumatic memory and survival responses such as fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. These protective patterns can keep you emotionally stuck, dysregulated, and repeating the same behavioural cycles.
By gently working with the body and nervous system, trapped emotional energy can begin to move and release. As this happens, many people experience a greater sense of openness, vitality, confidence, empowerment, and emotional freedom.
Distance therapy sessions are also available.
1:1 Psychotherapy
Alongside bodywork, fortnightly psychotherapy sessions provide a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space to safely explore your inner world.
Together, we create room for emotions, memories, and patterns to surface with compassion and understanding. These sessions also support the integration of the emotional release work, helping the internal shifts that occur after sessions become grounded and embodied.
This process supports the emergence of a more authentic version of yourself — free from limiting beliefs, unhealthy thought patterns, and survival-based behaviours.
