Breathwork involves breathing in a conscious and systematic way, we intentionally change our breathing patterns. In the sessions, I guide you through different breathwork sequences blended with mindfulness and bodywork. We explore how we can safely use our own breath and body to practically collaborate with chronic pain, stress, anxiety and so more.
