I believe therapy is a space where you can feel safe and accepted just as you are- so the social ‘mask’ can be removed, allowing whatever lies behind it to surface. I support the exploration of your thoughts, beliefs, views, and feelings, which will lead to more self-awareness, understanding, and compassion.
I am practising as an Integrative Psychotherapist, and in my approach, I draw on a range of methods according to what seems to fit your challenge and stage of life- I use tools from CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Mindfulness. Also, I have completed a vast range of training to explore the mind-body connection and how to use it therapeutically.
